Heroes of Combat, born in the rising of Battlefield 1942 and continued through present day was founded by a core group of honest, mature and dedicated people looking to make a home for others like themselves. Since the beginning the clan has since grown and evolved to encompass a multitude of titles and scores of long lasting members. hoc|Clan is dedicated to preserving the gaming environment it has created by ensuring that the stresses of other "clans" do not apply here. We do not require a specific KDR or certain amount of practice time. We are a laid back family of very honest, mature, fun loving people who enjoy a good time and a good laugh.

We have and will always be a real life first clan. We are very easy going and our members have full control over their own time here. It is up to you what you get out of it. With more than enough room to accommodate all of our members, we believe that when you are a member of this clan it is for good and for life. We have members who are active military or long term jobs that require them to be away for months and sometimes a year or more before they can come back. With our little band of brothers (and sisters) you can always be sure when you do come back you will always have your spot.

We don't require much of our members other than they get along with the rest of the group. This is why our recruiting and sponsorship program is very select. We focus more on retaining and continuing our family rather than pwning faces and owning the other guy. As a clan since August 2002 we have made a name for ourselves within the gaming community, placing in the top 10 overall in TWL for Battlefield 2 and having a number of records in both TWL/CAL and other leagues and tourneys we have proven that it doesn't take countless hours of gaming, cutting into an active life style, in order to enjoy competition and placement in a competitive gaming world.

Evolving over the many games we have enjoyed as a clan, including: Battlefield 1942, Battlefield 2, Battlefield 2142, Call of duty 3, Call of duty 4, Call of Duty World at War, Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2, Combat Arms, Left for Dead and many more, we continue to cut the way for future members by evolving with the gaming community even to the newest titles like Battlefield Bad Company 2.
